Dragon Thrones is an original lore-based Megagame, set in a medieval high fantasy realm at war, with multiple asymmetric win condition objectives: Global (do we save or destroy the realm?), Team (has our House team succeeded?), and Personal (what does my character want to achieve?).
This makes Dragon Thrones both a traditional rule-moderate to light Megagame, featuring map-base strategy, resource management and diplomacy gaming, with the added element of player characters cast for each archetype (i.e. general, diplomats, coin masters etc.), each with their own agendas!
