Seattle MegaGames is bringing Watch the Skies to Dragonflight for the convention’s 40th anniversary! The breakout alien encounter experience that brought megagames to the world stage will be making its first appearance at the convention on Saturday, August 17th. Join 53 of your closest friends, most bitter rivals, or both depending on political expediency in an experience unlike any other on Earth - or off it!

For newcomers, a megagame is part LARP, part board game, and all suspicion. Players are divided into teams - in this game as nations, corporations, the media, or aliens - each with their own goals to achieve, and set against other teams with limited info about what, exactly, everyone is up to. The next eight hours are spent frantically negotiating, researching, fighting, and most importantly role playing in order to try to steer world events towards your team's ambitions, and perhaps even towards your own personal ones as well.

For experienced megagamers, don't take anything for granted: Every game is different, and this one is no exception. The scenario is ever changing!

So come, and perfect your science, master the skies, and sharpen your wits. The fate of the Earth will be in your hands.
